Negative column Posted on April 23rd
This is in response to columnist Georgie Anne Geyer’s “Negative campaign is bitterly disappointing” (Commentary, April 18), which hit a common chordbecause instead of talking about how to solve the many problems facing our country today, the candidates are sniping at each other.
But Geyer quickly reverted to her typical and constant negative harping about her dislike of President Bush and was just as negative and spiteful as the presidential candidates.
She says, ” . . . they have made us into the most unpopular nation in the world.”
Most unpopular nation? What about Myanmar (Burma), Iran, Syria, Sudan, North Korea and all the other dictator-run countries around the globe?
